Performance + Rehab
I graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with my B.S. in Exercise Science and I am now a Doctor of Physical Therapy Student at Missouri State University. My passion is fitness and nutrition and implementing them into physical therapy practice.
I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, strength coach and Cash PT business owner in Massachusetts. I love working with highly motivated patients of all ages. I want to help the profession do better by focusing on improving exercise prescription, communication and education
Research continues to show that exercise is superior to other forms of passive treatment in rehab. Yet it is often under prescribed and little thought is given to proper progressions across all rehab settings. Why is this? The Missing Variable hosts are here to talk with various professionals regarding the current state of performance and rehab, and how these two worlds are closer than you think.
The MV-blog will be where we put our current knowledge and understanding of performance and rehabilitation
